Returns

How do I return a faulty or wrong item?

All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty covering faulty materials or workmanship but do not cover general wear and tear, misuse or damage. In the event the product has arrived in faulty condition please contact us in writing at sales@barloworldstore.co.uk within 5 working days quoting your order reference number.

In order to avoid unnecessary returns please make sure you have followed all the manufacturer’s instructions before contacting us. If you are unsure please contact our customer service team for advice.

Upon receipt of your request we will contact you to discuss the order and depending on the circumstances arrange collection or request return. The product must be returned in the original packaging and with adequate protection to avoid further deterioration during transport. The product will normally need to be checked before we issue a refund or despatch a replacement.

I have ordered the wrong product, can I return it?

Please make sure you check the specification of products before you order them. In the event you order an incorrect item please notify us immediately. We will refuse to accept items returned to us without our prior agreement and you will be liable for all costs.

Upon agreement by us products in your receipt may be returned to us in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition within 5 working days of the original delivery. You must pay all transport costs including the original delivery fee. We will refuse to accept products that have been used or damaged. The product will normally need to be checked before we issue a refund or despatch a replacement. We regret that due to their nature we are unable to accept return of certain products.

My product is damaged, how do I return it?

In the event the product has arrived damaged please inform us at sales@barloworldstore.co.uk within 5 working days. You must supply an endorsed carrier’s note and any additional evidence of damage when issuing a claim.
